I'm usually not good with words but Robbie's courses ARE UNIQUE !! I knew she was going to help us, but I didn't expect to learn that much from her
Robbie has such a positive energy and inspiring ideas that her teaching method becomes unique, helpful and encouraging. I appreciated all the sessions, and got emotional at the end of it It was so nice to meet her, and I'm sure I'll remember her the rest of my life!
I know I won't be able to thank her as much as she truly deserve, but I hope my sincere words will affect her one way or another.
Thanks Robbie ️

Hello, I'm Rahma, I was a student in the English club with Mrs Robbie .I spent 4 months with them one hour a week . My first course was maybe difficult for me because I was so shy and timid especially when I saw them all speaking normally but I wasn't, scared of doing mistakes but then I noticed that I have to do mistakes and correct them .Thanks our beautiful teacher, I was able to overcome my fears and speak comfortably with that wonderful atmosphere during all the lessons.
And for the topics we have done , they were very interesting and we have learnt a lot of things with you
Robbie is a kind person always smiling and laughing with us listening to all the students and their questions ...
Thank you very much Robbie.we loved you and still love you forever
There's no getting enough of "Robbie", a gifted lady with the ability to make the learning process beneficial and enjoyable. She teaches using smart and simple methods just to hand easily digestible information. All in a positive environment that she creates and everyone appreciates. Attending online conversation sessions that she animates is the best way to practice English and learn new perspectives, cultures, and a lot of things in an amusing way.
We hope to meet her in person one day and have more great conversations with her when she comes to Algeria (of course, if we don't make it to her first in Hawaii).
It's a pleasure to know this lady and to learn from her.

Teachers have three loves: love of learning, love of learners, and the love of bringing the first two loves together. - Scott Hayden
You combine them all and much more! you've got a burst of enthusiasm for what you're doing, your passion is so contagious, we took the courses late in the evening but, EVERY session, we wanted to stay longer.
You planted in us the seeds of curiosity, fun learning, positive communication, and mindful teamwork. You were always willing to go the extra mile for us, It was so excellent that it didn't feel like we were learning, it felt like we were having a fruitful time with a best friend/role model. Bless you, Robbie BRAVO, please keep it up!

"The mediocre teacher tells. The good teacher explains. The superior teacher demonstrates. The great teacher inspires." - William Arthur Ward.
I believe that you are a source of inspiration to many of your students and I could feel this though all the reports and the emails you send us.
For me you are one of the great ELFs I have worked with and I hope we can have you in person in Algeria for our teachers and students to get the maximum of your expertise in the field and also or you to get to meet with your friends and discover more about the Country.

"English for Tourism" course (Easter Island)
🎉 Student Testimonies:
Spanish (original):
¡Muchas gracias!”

“The English for Tourism Program achieved something very special for me: it reignited my desire to learn this language. In my childhood, I had a negative experience with learning English, shaped by overly strict and rigid methods. Thanks to the dedication and teaching style of Robbieana and Carolina throughout the program, I discovered that classes can be much more than exercises and rules: they can be dynamic, engaging, and full of motivation—spaces where you truly want to participate, get involved, contribute, and in doing so, learn. They made learning a close, stimulating, and above all, meaningful experience, because it also begins from within oneself. Today, I leave with the certainty that English is not only a valuable tool for tourism, but also a gateway to new opportunities, and with the gratitude of having once again enjoyed the journey of learning it.”
(“The most important thing I learned was to have a positive attitude and take initiative to start speaking English, even if my level is basic.”)
(“I learned about friendly dialogues with tourists—how to be kinder and give them good hospitality to serve them better.”)

English (translation):
“The English program at Rapa Nui National Park broke away from the traditional approach, focusing on real conversation and the practical tools park rangers need in their daily work. Beyond language, it strengthened confidence, teamwork, and visitor service, creating a visible change that was even recognized by local business leaders. This experience transformed the way we see tourists, integrating values and culture into every interaction.
From the very first classes, the methodology encouraged participants to step out of their comfort zones, immersing them in practical exercises that allowed them to use the language directly in the context of their work as park rangers. A key element was the constant adaptation of lessons to the team’s needs, incorporating topics such as visitor service, soft skills, and real-world examples. The program, originally designed for three months, was condensed into one—with great commitment from both teachers and students. However, to maximize impact, it is recommended to deliver the full duration and consider two proficiency levels.
The impact of the program was remarkable: it boosted confidence, strengthened teamwork, and improved the quality of visitor service. Beyond language, the program instilled values, enhanced the institution’s image, and fostered a shared learning process in which both teachers and students exchanged culture. As a result, park rangers began to see tourists from a new perspective—more empathetic, professional, and service-oriented.”
