     We are a community of compassionate individuals striving to make a difference for animals. Reach Out for Animal Rights, R.O.A.R. is a non-profit powered by people who believe in a kinder world. We're reaching out to invite you to be a part of our mission, whether through volunteering, donating, or simply spreading awareness.   Our mission is to educate and spread awareness   throughout Alabama. Collaborate with Rescues, Shelters, Animal Control, Veterinarians, City, County and State officials to create lasting change and protect those who cannot protect themselves.
