Improve animal welfare in Mobile County and throughout other counties in Alabama through education, awareness, and action to protect abandoned, neglected and abused domesitc animals.

We are a community of compassionate individuals striving to make a difference for animals.  Reach Out for Animal Rights, R.O.A.R. is a non-profit powered by people who believe in a kinder world.  We're reaching out to invite you to be apart of our mission, whether through volunteering, donating or simply spreading awareness.

• Educate the public about animal welfare and the importance of responsible pet ownership

• Raise awareness about animal abandonment, neglect and abuse

• Work with local authorities to improve animal welfare policies and services such as free and low cost spay and neuter clinics

• Provide resources and support to pet owners to help them care for their animals

• Foster collaboration between animal welfare organizations and the community to acheive a positive impact

• Support, advocate and demand for effective solutions that address public safety concerns and nuisance dogs

In Mobile County where all domestic animals are treated with respect, compassion and care

• Organize education and awareness events

• Develop educational materials and marketing campaigns

• Establish partnerships with local and national organizations

• Provide resources and support to pet owners
