Common Mobile 311 service request orders (SRO) include reports such as missed garbage and trash pickup, overgrown grass, potholes, and stray animals. You may also submit a Mobile 311 to ask questions about city services. You can submit a Mobile 311 request through the web portal, smartphone app, emailing Mobile 311, or calling Mobile 311. Citizens are highly encouraged to download the Mobile 311 app in order to include photos with their report and to track the status of their report.
