Muse Whispers Art Journaling - class currently in session.
ANOTHER OPTION: Practice the 4 G's?
Every night, take a moment to think about four G's:
Something Great that happened today.
A Glitch. (Something that went wrong in your day. We all have them - a recent snowstorm was a glitch in my day recently - I had to shovel snow instead of doing things I planned. (We're not looking for “mistakes” or “failures.” Focus on those makes most people start avoiding journaling.)
Something you are Grateful for. (It might even be a lesson learned from the glitch!)
A Goal for the new day.
All of this could take less than a minute but will set the tone for a brighter tomorrow.
Journaling Simplified:
Start writing - write what's important to you - write your thoughts, your feelings, a to-do-list, a dreams list - just quick notes or full stories.

My only connection to this method is my own personal experience. BUJO is a system that works for my creative [and sometimes messy] brain. Feel free to use any method that works for you - including just simply journaling.)
