Artist, teacher,  licensed therapist and professional coach - I am  eager to explore creativity with you.   

Creativity conversations are about exploring the place creativity has in your life, sharing our knowledge and experience with creativity, tapping into the value creativity brings to physical, mental and spiritual health, and exploring tools to grow your creative experience. 

It is my belief that the biggest BLOCK to creating, and creativity,  is the conversations that we have with ourselves in our own minds.  Our minds are wired for safety and survival which assures we will be cautious, confrontational or avoidant.  We can rewire those habits by simplifying, practicing without risk of failure and rekindling the fun of creating.  Join me and others as we explore ways to calm the brain, explore and create!

My aim is for us all to grow creative potential.  It is a life enhancing practice!
