Ultimately, this is the countdown phase of residency. One can look back and honestly ask themselves, what have I learned so far and how am I expected to lead a team at an "almost attending level?" Well surprisingly, YOU GOT THIS!!!  Don't forget to identify your weaknesses. Consider repeating the ITE exam in Aug/Sept of PGY-3 yr.
