By adopting practical resources one can improve their teaching skills as a resident. These modules were developed to highlight how teaching skills can be applied “on the fly” given the many time and resource constraints during training. Each module is brief and can be used independently from the other modules or as practical reinforcement to a residency program’s existing resident as teacher curriculum. There are specific learning objectives stated within each module and objectives for the entire curriculum broken down by module are included in a summary document along with suggestions for how to use this as a stand-alone curriculum.
