Nagsagawa ang Road Rosario Team ng Orientation Briefing para sa lahat ng Punong Barangays at Barangay Secretaries bilang bahagi ng Phase 1: Preparatory ng Comprehensive Road Inventory Project ng Municipality of Rosario, Batangas.

Layunin ng briefing na ipaliwanag ang kabuuang saklaw ng proyekto—mula sa Nodes Inventory, road mapping procedures, hanggang sa standardized documentation at reporting requirements. Tinalakay rin ang papel ng bawat barangay sa field validation, data gathering, at koordinasyon sa MDRRMO, Municipal Engineering Office at MPDC.

Binigyang-diin sa pulong na ang Road Rosario ay hindi lamang simpleng pagbilang ng kalsada, kundi isang sistematikong hakbang tungo sa mas maayos na Local Road Network Development Plan (LRNDP) at mas matibay na infrastructure planning sa buong bayan.

Ang orientation na ito ang opisyal na hudyat ng pagsisimula ng barangay-level coordination para sa 2026 Road Inventory operations.

Ginamit sa isinagawang One-Day Training for Field Survey Personnel ang isang structured and technically comprehensive presentation na nagsilbing pangunahing reference material ng session.

Ang presentation na ito ay sumasaklaw sa:

• Introduction to GPS and its application in surveying

• Strategic Road Link Database Structure Design

• Standardized road attributes (Road Name, Classification, Surface Type, Condition, Importance, Length, Width, etc.)

• Visual road condition assessment guidelines

• Core vs Non-core road identification criteria

• Minimum map layout requirements for the Local Road Network Development Plan (LRNDP)

• Required legend, color codes, symbology, and cartographic standards
