Standardized Field Data Collection Form for Barangay Road Inventory

Ang Road Rosario Inventory Sheet v.3 ang opisyal na field documentation form na ginagamit sa Comprehensive Road Inventory ng Municipality of Rosario, Batangas. Ito ang pangunahing tool ng MDRRMO, MPDC, at MEO sa systematic na pagkuha ng road condition data sa bawat barangay.

Ang form na ito ay idinisenyo upang magkaroon ng uniform, measurable, at verifiable road assessment system sa antas ng barangay. Sa pamamagitan ng standardized structure nito, mas nagiging consistent ang data collection, madaling i-validate, at handa para sa GIS encoding at planning analysis.

Ito ang nagse-set ng coverage at identity ng road segment na ini-inventory.

2️⃣ Kilometer-Based Stationing (00 + XXX Format)

Ang gitnang bahagi ng sheet ay naka-structure per kilometer stationing, mula:

00 + 000 hanggang 00 + 950 at 01 + 000

Ibig sabihin:

• Every 50 meters may dedicated column.

• Structured per 1-kilometer segment.

• Allows precise segment-by-segment documentation.

3️⃣ Road Attribute Rows (Per 50-Meter Segment)

Sa bawat station column, nire-record ang sumusunod:

Dahil naka-grid format ito, malinaw kung saan nagbabago ang kondisyon o surface type ng isang kalsada.
