My name is Ms. Alessandro, however, I prefer to be called Ms. A.  I grew up with my loving family in Doylestown.  As a youngster, I enjoyed being involved in a variety of sports such as gymnastics, football, cheerleading, volleyball, track, and softball.  

Once graduating from Chippewa, I immersed myself in cheering for the  Zips and being actively involved in several educational organizations at the University of Akron.  I graduated with a B.S. and M.A. in Elementary Education.

I joined the Revere Local School District in 1998.  Since then, I taught 7th/8th grade social studies and 4th/5th grade math/science before returning to RMS in 2013 to teach 6th grade science. 

Currently, I live in Medina with my two sons, Roman, a freshmen at Mount Union, and Rocco, a 10th grader.  We have a Boston Terrier named Zippy.  During my downtime, I continue my love of being active by riding my road bike and hiking.  During the summer, I enjoyed my kayak and to several Jeep events with my friends.  My favorite family activities involve traveling and volunteering.

My goal everyday is to learn at least one new thing. :-)
