Inequalities for different means of positive definite matrices

We discuss majorisation inequalities for different means of positive definite matrices focusing on the geometric mean, the Wasserstein mean, the log Euclidean mean and the power mean. This is based on joint work with Rajendra Bhatia and Yongdo Lim.
