Accomodation

Plenary Speakers, Symposia Organisers, Symposia Speakers, and RMS-EC Members will be provided accommodation in the Institute Students’ Hostels (AC, single occupancy, attached bathroom). A dedicated floor will be reserved for these members, especially for those who wish to stay with their family.

All other participants will be accommodated in Students’ Hostel rooms with common bathroom facilities (Double/Triple Sharing). Bedding materials (mattress, pillow, bedsheet, blanket, etc.) will be arranged in the hostel rooms. 

Campus accommodation will be available from the afternoon of July 01, 2026 to July 05, 2026. 

• Check-in: On or after 2:00 PM on July 01, 2026 

• Check-out: On or before 10:00 PM on July 05, 2026
