Interested Faculty members and Researchers from any institution of India are encouraged to participate in the conference. All participants are requested to pay the appropriate registration fee and register through the registration portal.
Participants expecting to present a talk must prepare a one-page abstract of the proposed talk in the prescribed LaTeX format and submit through the web link during the registration process. For each symposium, only nine abstracts will be selected for short (contributory) talks, while the remaining submissions may be considered for poster presentations, subject to merit and the availability of infrastructure.
Format of Abstract: Latex Format (Only this format is allowed)
[The abstract should be submitted as a ZIP file containing the .tex file and the generated PDF. The total file size must not exceed 1 MB, and the abstract should be limited to one page. The name of the author presenting the paper at the conference must be underlined.]

Kindly note that registration fee is non-refundable. Participants are advised to take a copy of the payment confirmation page of the bank for their future use. An email confirming the receipt of Registration Fee may be sent from the organizers.
Only Indian Nationals should pay the registration fee and submit the registration form. Persons of other nationalities should not do the registration unless they are invited by the organizers in advance. Registration fee paid by mistake or for any other reason cannot be refunded.
Campus accommodation may be provided to accompanying family members, primarily for spouse and children (up to 12 years). For each accompanying person, there is an additional charge of ₹ 4500/- (children less than 8 years of age do not have to pay this additional charge). Please note that only a double room will be provided. More than one room cannot be provided.
Note 1 - There is ₹ 500/ discount in registration fees for Members of Ramanujan Mathematical Society.
Note 2 - Registration fee does not include local travel. As of now, no travel support can be committed to the participants from the organizers due to lack of fund. See the Travel tab for more details.
Note 3 - If the payment is made through credit card, then extra charges might be paid to the issuer of the credit card.

All participants submitting abstracts must be mandatory members of RMS. Membership is optional for those who wish to attend the conference without presenting.
