The updating of the 2023-2028 Provincial Development and Physical Framework Plan (PDPFP) of the Province of Capiz takes its inspiration on the Philippine Development Plan (PDP) 2023-2028 which was anchored on the attainment of the country’s long-term vision, the AmBisyon Natin 2040, where all Filipinos are envisioned to enjoy strongly rooted, comfortable, and secure lives.
