The Western Visayas Regional Physical Framework Plan (RPFP) was prepared with conscious effort to vertically and horizontally integrate plans and processes at all levels. The RPFP is the final output of extensive multi-agency and multi-sectoral research and study and has been drawn up with deliberate effort to link national and local development goals and targets.
