Background
Background
The 1st Semester Regular Meeting prepared members as well as the concerned local government units (LGU) for the committee-level review of the Provincial Development and Physical Framework Plans (PDPFP). The Department of Environment and Natural Resources discussed relevant information on the data needed by LGUs for their PDPFP preparation or updating. In addition, the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development will share the government's housing initiative, the Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino Housing (4PH) program. Moreover, the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development was elected as co-chairperson of the committee.

Engr. Solas is a geodetic engineer by profession and is currently the Chief of the Surveys and Mapping Division at the Department of Environment and Natural Resources Regional Office VI.

Engr. Macalalag is a Senior Economic Development Specialist at the Policy Formulation and Planning Division, National Economic and Development Authority Regional Office VI. He is a civil engineer by profession and was previously and Engineer II at the Planning and Design Division, Department of Public Works and Highways Regional Office VI.

EnP. Pendon is a registered environmental planner who is currently a Housing and Homesite Regulation Officer III of the Environment, Land Use and Urban Development Division at the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development Regional Office VI. He is previously connected with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources VI as a biodiversity partnerships project assistant
