Background
With the recent reorganization of the Regional Development Council VI, the RLUC VI will also confirm its new organization for the 2022-2025 working cycle. The committee has expanded its membership to further align with the National Land Use Committee. New members among the national government agencies include the Department of Energy, Department of Information and Communications Technology, Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines, Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board, and the National Historical Commission of the Philippines.
In addition, new Private Sector Representatives will be confirmed. They will be serving a term of three years synchronized with the 2022-2025 working cycle.
The RLUC VI convenes twice every semester of a calendar year as prescribed in the implementing rules and regulations of Executive Order No. 770, Series of 2008.
