Qualifications of Awardees
Must be a permanent/temporary/casual employee of Rizal Med with a minimum of three (3) years of continuous service. In case of Medical Officers III, minimum of two (2) years of continuous service.
Must have a performance rating of Very Satisfactory (4.0-4.99) or Outstanding (5.0) for the last rating period, at the time of the nomination.
Must not have been found guilty of any administrative offense, at the time of nomination.

Glass plaque, certificate of recognition and monetary incentives shall be given to each awardee.

Parameters/Criteria
All awardees of the Employee of the Division Award are automatically nominated to the Employee of the Year Award, subject to the PRAISE Committee deliberation. Each division will have an Employee of the Year awardee, provided however, that there should be at least two (2) qualified nominees per Division. Otherwise, no such Employee of the Year award for the non-nominating Division shall be deliberated on.
