Technical Requirements
DPI Images
- Image size will be 1400 (maximum length) x 1050 (maximum height) pixels.
- Image is to be entered on the Competition Assistant website as a JPEG file. (See instructions below for information.)
- There are two DPI categories:
- Color DPI
- Monochrome DPI
- Makers are encouraged to add a thin black stroke and white border to their images.
- A maximum of 4 images can be entered by an individual maker in each category.

Put in your User ID (your email address).
Put in the password that you selected.
Click on Login.From the dropdown box, select the competition that you are entering:
-The name of the club that you belong to (if you are submitting images to your own club competition)
-CACCA Individual Competitors
-CACCA Special Themes Competition
Then click on Select Club.
At top click on Upload.
For the competition, you will have several options:
For CACCA Individual Competitions, you will need to select Nature, PJ, Creative or Portrait from the pulldown menu.
For your club competition, in the pulldown menu, select either color or monochrome.Click on Choose File and find the image on your computer that you want to upload and click on Open. The file name should appear on the page.
Fill in the Title for your image.
Entry #: the software should automatically start at 1 and then go to 2, 3 and 4. You can adjust this if necessary.
Maker name: your name should be filled in automatically if you logged in with your User ID.
Class: For CACCA Individual Nature Competition and if entering images to your own club, be sure to select which class you are in from the dropdown menu.
Click on Upload Image.
You can only upload one image at a time, so now click on Upload Another File and repeat steps 2-7 until you have submitted your 4 entries for this individual competition for CACCA or however may your club allows for their competition.
When you are done uploading for this competition, you can click Review your images uploaded for open competitions. If you change your mind and want to submit a different image, click on Remove and then click on Upload at the top of the page to submit another image in its place. Make sure to note the entry number of the image that you deleted and select that entry number from the dropdown menu when you are uploading your new image. If you want to submit images for another individual competition, click on Upload, change the competition category from the dropdown menu and repeat steps 2-8.
At the top of the Upload screen are other tabs;
Review: If the competition has not started yet, you can view the images that you uploaded. If the competition has completed, you can view all the images and see how they scored and any honors that they may have received.
Screen test: You can see the color profile and how it looks on your monitor.
View judging: Allows you to view a live competition.
Results: Once the competition is done, you can view a list of how images scored or view a report like the CACCA report that shows the honors for this competition and standings to date.
Profile: Lets you change your profile.
Login: Takes you back to the login screen.
