• We start at 5 PM at the Rainbow Bridge in LaBagh Woods Forest Preserve in northwest Chicago.

LaBagh Woods is a hotspot for migratory birds in the springtime. We hope to photograph multiple species of warblers, including Yellow-rumped, Black and White, Chesnut-sided, Prothonotary and Black-throated Green to name just a few. Spring wildflowers should also be in bloom, for those who prefer slower-moving subjects.
This is for both beginning and experienced photographers, so if you want to learn how to take better bird photos, we will have knowledgeable and talented trainers available to assist you.
What to bring:
Optional: Light diffuser/reflector, remote cable release, boots.
