Join or Donate to River Falls Robotics Club!
We need volunteers like you to support the River Falls student LEGO League and robotics clubs. These programs inspire students from elementary to high school to explore science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) through hands-on learning. Volunteers play a key role in fundraising and mentoring students, ensuring the success of these teams.
Our volunteers can come from any discipline who have a desire to share their knowledge, whether it is technical or non-technical. They support the team with programming questions, building skills, business management, marketing, or fundraising.
Volunteers can be:
Robotics team alumni
Community members and leaders
Parents and Teachers
Professionals (technical or non-technical)
Employees of corporate sponsors
College students and faculty
Friends and family members of students
The booster club also needs mentors to guide students as they design, build, and program robots during after-school sessions. Volunteers with engineering or technical experience are especially valuable, but anyone passionate about supporting students is welcome.
Running robotics programs takes significant resources, including equipment, travel, and competition fees. Volunteers help the booster club organize fundraisers, connect with businesses for sponsorships, and encourage community donations. Their efforts ensure that every student has the opportunity to participate, regardless of financial background.
Join the River Falls Robotics Booster Club Board and make a lasting impact on STEM education! Help support young innovators, guide fundraising efforts, and shape the future of our robotics teams. Your leadership can inspire the next generation of problem-solvers.
To ensure a safe learning environment, all volunteers working directly with students must complete a background check through the River Falls School District. This simple process helps with the safety and well-being of all student participants.
