River Falls Robocats and Their Robot "Karen" Gear Up for Week 0

2-15-2025, Eagan, Minn. - The River Falls High School Robocats are ready to take on another exciting robotics season! This talented team of students builds and programs robots to compete in the FIRST® Robotics Competition. One of their most famous creations isn’t a robot—but their computer robot, “Karen,” named after the robot from SpongeBob SquarePants!

Each year, FIRST® hosts a special “Week 0” event to test the competition field before official matches begin. This year, the Robocats are helping with this important event, giving teams a chance to try out their robots before the real battles begin. It’s a great way to prepare, learn, and have fun!
