RIVER FALLS, WI — The future of STEM in River Falls just got a boost. The River Falls Robotics Booster Club is proud to announce generous donations totalling $10,600 from Phillips Medisize, a Molex company. These include Molex sponsorships for the FIRST teams (FIRST Robotics | Molex) and a local Phillips Medisize donation for the VEX team.
This contribution is part of a broader commitment to supporting the Robotics programs within the River Falls school district, ensuring that students have the resources, parts, and registration support needed to compete at the highest levels.
This sponsorship has been strategically allocated to support the River Falls Robotics teams, ranging from the River Falls High School's FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC), VEX at the Meyer Middle School, to the foundational FIRST LEGO League (FLL).
The official sponsorship letters were distributed to coaches last week, marking the beginning of another exciting season of collaboration between local industry leaders and student engineers. By investing in these teams, Molex and Phillips Medisize are not just funding robots; they are investing in the next generation of problem-solvers, designers, and community leaders.
As the River Falls teams head into their upcoming competitions, they do so with the full backing of a community that values innovation and hands-on learning with STEM activities.
