River Falls Robotics Booster Club Hosts Chicken Fry Fundraiser at American Legion on October 25, 2025

The River Falls Robotics Booster Club is excited to announce an upcoming fundraiser at the River Falls American Legion Chicken Fry on Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. This event will help support robotics programs across the River Falls School District, including teams at local elementary schools, Meyer Middle School, River Falls High School, and the River Falls Homeschool Robotics teams.

Supporting STEM Education in River Falls

The River Falls Robotics Booster Club promotes STEM education, teamwork, and creativity among K-12 students through hands-on robotics experiences. As a non-profit booster organization, the club provides fundraising, volunteer, and organizational support to students and their mentors throughout the district (learn more here).

How the Funds Will Be Used

The proceeds from tickets purchased in advance will directly support the district’s robotics programs:

• Elementary School Teams: FIRST LEGO League teams at Greenwood, RFP Montessori, Rocky Branch, Westside, and River Falls Homeschool engage students in hands-on STEM learning through robotics challenges.
  
  

• Meyer Middle School: VEX Robotics League students design, build, and program robots to tackle real-world challenges.
  
  

• River Falls High School: The RoboCats FIRST Robotics Team gives students opportunities to build and program competitive and non-competitive robots.
  
  

By purchasing tickets and attending the chicken fry, community members directly support these robotics teams and help create meaningful STEM learning experiences for students.
