There is a 10% discount on weekly bookings when the change over is on Fridays $4250 - 10% ($425) = $3,825 a week + cleaning. No HST required.
Please Arrive after 5pm and depart by 10am.
3 night minimum: rates per night
$750 per night on Friday, Saturday & Sunday evenings
$500 per night on Monday to Thursday evenings
Holiday weekends: $ 800 per night, see dates in red

Additional Fees:
Cleaning: $350 per visit
PEC Tax for STA: $30 /night required by the County
Dog /cat fee: $25 /night

50% Deposit to Secure Booking.
Full payment and Damage Deposit due one month before arrival date. Damage Deposit: $500 returned after your stay.
1 canoe and 2 sea kayaks with paddles and life jackets are available for rent by prior arrangement. Please contact Brenda.

Sandbanks Parks Pass: One sandbanks Pass is available for guests.
River and Falls bonfire Burn Permit for your use.
River & Falls Responsibilities
R&F will provide high quality 100% cotton sheets.
R&F will provide cotton & fibre duvets and pillows.
R&F will provide a couple of linen Kitchen tea towels.
Guests are asked to kindly bring their own towels for indoor and beach.
Agreements and Understandings:
A Short Term Rental Agreement will be completed upon agreement of dates and fees.
House Rules and Pet Protocols to be emailed.
Boat Rental Agreement, damage deposit and Safety protocols to be signed.
