Tora-Con is an anime convention hosted by RIT students, named after the Japanese word for “tiger”. You may not see the resemblance to RITchie at first, but Tora-con’s mascots all have tiger ears and tails!
Tora-Con is an anime convention that has been run by RIT students since 2004(1), starting as a small cosplay contest. Now, it's a large convention, with many events and famous guests.
Tora-Con has four mascots at the moment, named Kyou (orange-haired boy), Kaede (blue-haired girl), Sugi (black and green-haired man), and Saki (red haired woman). Each mascot represents a different kind of tiger - Bengal, White, (the hypothetical) Maltese, and Golden respectively (2).
Characters (and art) belong to Tora-Con.
