Jole era una donna gentile e premurosa, che dedicò tutta la sua vita a prendersi cura della sua amata famiglia. 

Naturalmente era anche una cuoca straordinaria e non c’era giorno in cui sulla sua tavola mancasse qualche nuova e fantasiosa prelibatezza, realizzata con passione e creatività per i suoi cari e per i tanti fortunati ospiti di cui amava sempre circondarsi. 

Questo suo concetto unico di ospitalità e condivisione è divenuto poi l'elemento portante su cui i nipoti hanno creato il ristorante a lei intitolato: 

il Ristorante Jole. Un luogo dove la tradizione romana e la bontà sono di casa. 

Solo qui troverete i leggendari ravioli ripieni di coda alla vaccinara, fatti a mano secondo l’antica ricetta di Nonna, ispirati alla cucina romana più preziosa, e tante altre ghiottonerie  che vi resteranno sicuramente nel cuore.

Jole was a kind and caring woman, who dedicated her entire life to take care of his beloved family. 

Of course, she was also an extraordinary cook and there was never a day when she didn't create some new and imaginative delicacy, made with passion and creativity for her loved ones and for the many lucky guests with whom he loved to surround himself. 

This unique concept of hospitality and sharing later became the cornerstone on which his grandchildren created the restaurant with hes name: 

the Jole Restaurant. A place where Roman tradition and goodness are at home. 

Only here you will find the legendary ravioli stuffed with oxtail, handmade according to Nonna's ancient recipe, inspired by the most precious Roman cuisine, 

and many other delicacies that will surely remain in your heart forever.
