Commands are used by all staff members in order to exercise their responsibilities and duties. They should only be used when necessary.
Information regarding each individual command and its usage can be found here.
When an individual breaks the rules of Risk, members of the staff team have the ability to ban someone from the game. Regardless of the content and context of the banishment, every banished individual has the right to appeal their ban in seven days.
Lower Staff have no involvement in the banishment process, although it is encouraged to assist any banished person who asks for their help in sending an appeal to the right individuals.
If you are banished you must appeal your ban in-game.
Every staff member who is demoted has the right to appeal with no delay unless noted otherwise. To appeal a demotion, reach out to an upper staff member with a request for appeal.
Avoid messaging multiple members and only report to a higher ranking member of the administration once three days have passed with no response.
Although there is no format to the appeal, here is some advice as to what to include:
An explanation as to why you were demoted.
A reflection on your poor behavior and how you will improve.
An observation is a logged recording of a staff member's behaviour within Risk. Observations are typically logged within commission servers, which are private Discord servers run by Administrators. Observations are often kept private from anybody below the rank of Senior Moderator.
Every staff rank below Administrator for the Game Staff and Chat Administrator for the Chat Staff are subject to observations.
Game Staff are observed in the Staff Hub, while Chat Staff are observed in the Riskord Hub.
Every staff member has the right to an observation meeting with any higher up, where they may see their observations and discuss their performance.
This is done in their respective commissions server.
