Upon joining Private Roleplay, all players are sent to the lobby. Players may join, host, or create a server utilizing the GUI at the top of their screens. Within the lobby itself, players may participate in the sword-fighting arena or work on a roleplay on one of the four available plots.
To host a roleplay, go to the "Load Save" feature in the GUI. There you can load up to four plots as well as load roleplays saved prior to the Private Roleplays revamp.
To create a totally new roleplay, players must press the "Create Blank Server" button. After this you can set the template as "Blank" or "Earth". Players are also able to set a starting size of the map from 1 to 600.
Plot hosts have unique abilities through the use of the Plot Manager. This tool allows the host to ban players, assign in game admins or co-hosts, set player permissions, save the plot, and many more features.
Within Private Roleplay, all General Rules of Risk Universalis must be followed.
In Private Roleplay, players are expected to be either:
Creating a roleplay.
Playing a roleplay.
Hosting a roleplay.
Participating in lobby activities.
Any actions that violate Risk or Roblox TOS will be moderated.
Plot hosts have the final say in all matters regarding their server. This includes the ability to void roleplay, ban players, and the layout of their server.
However, if a plot owner is violating the rules then a staff member has the right to overrule them and when necessary may shutdown the server.
It is prohibited to edit forts, cities, paths, paint, or textboxes on anyone’s plot without their explicit permission, even with good intentions.
This is commonly known as grief and is a bannable offense.
A host must use their plot to create a roleplay that all players can participate in. This includes loading or working on a banned roleplay, misuse of Private Roleplay specific tools such as the studder, or misuse of player F3X. Misuse of Private Roleplay rules and tools will result in the player’s server being shutdown.
The Private Roleplay lobby is a place for players to join servers, create servers, work on roleplays, and partake in the activities within the lobby itself.
Any violations of Risk rules in the lobby will result in or banishment depending on the severity of the offense committed.
Staff may not use commands to cheat in the sword fighting ring, such as :fly or :speed. Punishment for doing so ranges from a staff warning to a demotion depending on the severity of the situation.
All players must use one plot to host their roleplay. Players can not collaborate to combine their plots. If you wish to do anything that would require a plot larger than those provided in the lobby, create a Blank Server using the GUI.
Art that violates TOS in the border region of the lobby is prohibited.
F3X is a building tool for creating, editing and deleting parts in-game. F3X may be used by the server owner and those entrusted by the host to enhance the quality of a roleplay.
Abuse of F3X whether it be by the host or the players entrusted with F3X will result in the plot being shutdown and a 7-day ban will be issued to the player(s) responsible. Examples of this include using smoke or fire to lag the server or using F3X to kill players.
Staff may not distribute admin btools to any rank not already entrusted with it. This includes lower staff. The only exception for this rule is for hosted events or GCs.
Violation of any of the aforementioned F3X-specific rules in the Private Roleplay lobby will result in similar punishment.
Free paint or drawing roleplays.
Troll/meme plots (RPs that do not have any sense of quality or have no intention of being serious).
Parkour obbies.
Offensive roleplays (for more detail, see below).
Insensitive or offensive roleplays are plots where the focus of the roleplay is centered around a topic banned by Roblox or Risk. These plots typically lack constructive roleplay and violate TOS.
Examples of insensitive or offensive roleplays are: 9/11 plots, Concentration Camp plots, or Oceangate plots.
Roleplays similar to these will also be considered in violation of the rules and subsequently removed. If a host is caught hosting any of these roleplays, their server will be shutdown and the player will receive a 14-day ban.
