🟥1. Privacy

🟩1.1. Self-consented posting of personal information can be freely posted by others without punishment.
🟥1.2. Owning, contributing to, or advertising a server that contains private information released without consent will result in banishment.
🟥1.3. Under no circumstances should personal documents such as Passports, Driver's Licenses, Birth Certificates, etc., of yourself or others, be posted to this server or in the DMs of any members, including chat staff or game administration.

🟧2. NSFW

🟨2.1. Kinky or suggestive content, conversations, and fanfiction will result in punishment.
🟧2.2. Gore, extremely violent material, sexual innuendos involving a minor (including jokes), animal cruelty, and bestiality will be met with a ban.
🟨2.3. Any requests to send pornographic or rule-breaking material via DMs will result in punishment.

🟧3. Toxicity

🟨3.1. Being offended is subjective; however, arguments claiming content is not meant to be offensive do not excuse its offensiveness.
🟧3.2. Memes or statements that falsely accuse members, joke about, or attempt to defend troubling topics such as pedophilia, zoophilia, rape, and similar matters will be punishable. This includes statements about oneself.
🟧3.3. Baiting is punishable and will result in a mute or ban.
🟨3.4. Bypassing any word on the filter will result in a mute. Certain bypasses in media are subject to chat staff discretion.
🟧3.5. Debates regarding the existence or blame of the Holocaust, Holodomor, and Armenian Genocide are banned. Debates on other genocides or mass killings are allowed but subject to strict scrutiny. Genocide denial is prohibited.

🟥4. Scamming

🟧4.1. If your account was compromised and you have proof, you may appeal the ban.
🟨4.2. Posting fake IP loggers will result in a mute.

🟧5. Plotting

🟧5.1. Riskord or Risk-related servers may not be used to facilitate raids against other servers.
🟧5.2. Rioting will result in a mute.

🟨6. DMs

6.1. Breaking rules in another member's DMs is subject to punishment if the other member reports it and did not allow the content.

🟨7. Advertising

Advertising servers that are not affiliated with Risk on Riskord is prohibited.

🟨8. Loopholing

Attempting to bypass a rule using a "loophole" will result in punishment based on the violated rule.

🟨9. Channels

🟨9.1. Bot commands are only allowed in the designated 🤖bot-commands channel.
🟩9.2. Commands like /whois and –pfp may be used outside of 🤖bot-commands.

🟨10. Impersonation

Directly impersonating another individual on Riskord is prohibited.

🟨11. Spamming

🟨11.1. Spamming does not only apply to single bursts; repeatedly posting the same or similar content within two hours will result in punishment.
🟨11.2. Chain posting is punishable.
🟨11.3. Pointlessly pinging a rank or repeatedly pinging a person will also be punished.

🟨12. Earrape

12.1. Using a music bot to play earrape in voice chat is strictly banned and will result in a mute.

🟨13. Unfaithful Conduct

13.1. Publicly visible past actions, affiliations, or linked accounts that raise reasonable concerns about appropriateness, respectfulness, or the comfort of the community may be subject to review and action.

Moderators have the right to use necessary and proper powers to maintain the overall well-being of Risk and its communities. (Dynamic Rule)
