Our Commitment RightNow is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.
Age Requirement Users must be 13 years of age or older to create a RightNow account. During registration, users are required to confirm they meet this age requirement.
What We Collect RightNow collects email addresses, usernames, device location, and push notification tokens. This information is never knowingly collected from children under 13.
If You Believe a Child Has an Account If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has created a RightNow account without your consent, please contact us immediately:

The username of the account
Your child's approximate age
Your contact information
We will verify and permanently delete the account and all associated data within 48 hours of confirmation.
Data Deletion Upon confirmed removal of an underage account we will delete:
The user account and profile
All posts and community updates
All location data
All notification tokens
Any other associated personal information
