Jeff Young served as the 32nd Mayor of Richmond from 2016-2021, assuming office in Oct of 2016.
In 2021, Jeff Young received the Mayor Brent and Jennie Taylor Award. "The Mayor Brent and Jennie Taylor Service Award is given to a Utah mayor or council member who has demonstrated an outstanding commitment to serving their community."
He was succeeded by Paul J. Erickson.
