George Gideon Hendricks

George Gideon Hendricks was bron Sep 9, 1875 in Richmond to William Dorris and Mary Jane Andrus Hendricks. George served as the 17th Mayor of Richmond.

George G. Hendricks served as the 17th Mayor of Richmond from 1922-1928. George Hendricks is the son of William D. Hendricks, the first Mayor of Richmond, making them the first father-son Mayors, and the uncle of Samuel W. Hendricks the 12th Mayor of Richmond, making them the only family trio of Mayors.

He was succeeded by Hölger Boder F. Olsen.

George Gideon Hendricks served as a member of the Utah House of Representative from 1935 - 1936.

George Gideon Hendricks died Feb 25, 1953 in Richmond. He was buried in the Richmond Cemetery.
