ছাত্র ছাত্রীদের জন্য অবশ্য পালনীয় নিয়ম সমুহ
RQMM প্রশাসন ও শিক্ষকবৃন্দ বিশ্বাস করেন যে শিক্ষার্থীরা তাদের কাজ ও আচরণের দায় দায়িত্ব স্বীকার করবে এবং শিক্ষার প্রতি আন্তরিকভাবে অঙ্গীকারবদ্ধ থাকবে। আমাদের লক্ষ্য হলো এমন সত্যিকারের আদর্শ ব্যক্তি গড়ে তোলা, যাদের মধ্যে ভদ্রতা, শিষ্টাচার, অন্যের প্রতি সম্মান, আত্মনিয়ন্ত্রণ, দায়িত্ববোধ এবং জবাবদিহিতার মতো গুণাবলি বিদ্যমান থাকবে।
আমরা আশা করি শিক্ষার্থীরা তাদের দায়িত্ব যথাযথভাবে পালন করবে, অন্যদের শারীরিক নিরাপত্তা ও মানসিক স্বস্তির অধিকারকে সম্মান করবে এবং কোনো ধরনের বাধা ছাড়াই স্বাধীনভাবে শিক্ষা গ্রহণ করবে। শিক্ষার্থীদের নিয়ম মেনে চলতে সহায়তা করার জন্য RQMM প্রশাসন, শিক্ষকবৃন্দ এবং অভিভাবকদের কে সম্মিলিতভাবে কাজ করতে হবে। শিক্ষক ও অভিভাবকগণ এর অধিকার এর সুস্পষ্ট সীমারেখা নির্ধারণ এবং আচরণের যথাযথ পরিণতি সম্পর্কে জানানোর মাধ্যমে শিক্ষার্থীদের উপর এ বিষয়ে ইতিবাচক প্রভাব বিস্তার করতে পারেন। নিম্নে বর্ণিত মাদরাসার নিয়ম ও নীতিমালা সর্বদা শিক্ষার্থীদের আচরণের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য হবে।
অনুগ্রহ করে এই নীতিমালাগুলো অত্যন্ত মনোযোগ সহকারে পড়ুন এবং আপনার সন্তানদের সাথে এ বিষয়ে আলোচনা করুন।
RQMM administration and teachers believe that students acknowledge responsibility for their work and behavior and commit themselves to learning. Our goal is to develop true individuals with qualities such as common courtesy, manners, respect for others, self-discipline, responsibility, and accountability.
We expect students to fulfill their duties, recognize others’ rights to physical safety and mental security, and to learn independently without interference. The RQMM administration, teachers, and parents must work together to help children follow the rules. Teachers and parents have an exceptional positive influence on students by clearly defining boundaries and providing appropriate consequences for behavior. The following school rules and regulations always apply to students’ conduct.
Please read these policies very carefully and discuss them with your children.
মাদরাসায় আগমন ও মাদরাসা ত্যাগের নিয়মাবলি
শিক্ষার্থীদের অবশ্যই প্রতিদিনের সমাবেশ (Assembly) শুরু হওয়ার কমপক্ষে ৫ মিনিট পূর্বে মাদরাসায় উপস্থিত থাকতে হবে। নির্ধারিত সমাবেশের সময়ের ৫ মিনিট পর মাদরাসার গেট বন্ধ করে দেওয়া হবে। কোনো শিক্ষার্থী যদি এক মাসে ধারাবাহিকভাবে ৩ বার দেরিতে আসে, তবে পরবর্তীতে আবার দেরি করলে তাকে বাসায় ফেরত পাঠানো হবে।
প্রথমবার দেরিতে আসলে শিক্ষার্থীকে সতর্ক করা হবে এবং দ্বিতীয়বার দেরিতে আসলে তাকে প্রথম ক্লাসে অংশগ্রহণ করতে দেওয়া হবে না। দেরিতে আসার প্রতিটি দিন (প্রথম ও দ্বিতীয় উভয়বার) শিক্ষার্থীর ডায়েরিতে লিপিবদ্ধ করা হবে এবং তা অভিভাবকের স্বাক্ষরসহ জমা দিতে হবে।
এই সময়ে কোনো নির্ধারিত পরীক্ষা থেকে শিক্ষার্থী অনুপস্থিত থাকলে তার জন্য পুনঃপরীক্ষার সুযোগ প্রদান করা হবে না।
Coming to and Leaving the Madrasah
Students must be present at the madrasa at least 5 minutes before the start of the daily assembly. The gates will be closed 5 minutes after the scheduled assembly time. Students who are late 3 times in a month consecutively will be sent back home if they are late again afterward. On the first day of being late, students will be warned; on the second day, they will be held back from the first class. All late days (both the 1st and 2nd) will be recorded in the student’s diary and must be signed by the parents. If a student misses a scheduled exam during that time, no makeup exam will be allowed.
দৈনিক সমাবেশ
ক) রমজান মাস ব্যতীত প্রতিদিন নিয়মিতভাবে মাদরাসার সমাবেশ (Assembly) অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। এতে পবিত্র কুরআন থেকে একটি ছোট সূরা তিলাওয়াতের পাশাপাশি মাদরাসার সংগীত ও জাতীয় সংগীত পরিবেশন করা হয় এবং শপথ পাঠ করানো হয়। এছাড়াও মাদরাসার জীবনব্যবস্থা ও চরিত্র গঠনমূলক বিভিন্ন দিকনির্দেশনা প্রদান করা হয়। শারীরিক শিক্ষা (P.T.) শিক্ষক শিক্ষার্থীদের শারীরিক ব্যায়াম ও বিভিন্ন কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করেন, যা শিক্ষার্থীরা অনুসরণ করে। এই সময়ে প্রত্যেক শিক্ষার্থীর সমাবেশে উপস্থিত থাকা বাধ্যতামূলক।
খ) সমাবেশ চলাকালীন বিভিন্ন উৎসাহমূলক পুরস্কার প্রদান করা হয় এবং মাদরাসার গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ঘোষণাসমূহ জানানো হয়।
Daily Assembly
a) The madrasa’s daily assembly is held regularly except during Ramadan. Along with the recitation of a short Surah from the Quran, the madrasa and national anthems are sung, and the pledge is recited. Information related to the madrasa’s life and character building is also shared. The physical education (P.T.) teacher conducts exercises and physical activities, which the students follow. During this time, every student must attend the assembly.
b) During the assembly, various motivational awards are given, and important announcements of the madrasa are made.
শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য মৌলিক মূল্যবোধ নির্দেশিকা
ক) মহানবী হযরত মুহাম্মদ (সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম)-এর আদর্শ অনুসরণ করা এবং মহান আল্লাহ সুবহানাহু ওয়া তা'আলার নির্ধারিত সকল বিধান মেনে চলার চেষ্টা করা।
খ) প্রতিটি কাজ মহান আল্লাহ সুবহানাহু ওয়া তা'আলার নামে শুরু করা।
গ) পিতা-মাতা, শিক্ষক এবং বয়োজ্যেষ্ঠদের সম্মান করা।
ঘ) মাতৃভূমিকে ভালোবাসা এবং এর উন্নয়নের জন্য নিজেকে প্রস্তুত করা।
ঙ) সর্বদা সত্য কথা বলা এবং কখনো মিথ্যা না বলা।
চ) অসৎ সঙ্গ পরিহার করা, অন্যায়কে ঘৃণা করা এবং অন্যায়কারীদের বিরুদ্ধে অবস্থান নেওয়া।
ছ) অধ্যবসায়ী, পরিশ্রমী ও আত্মবিশ্বাসী হওয়া এবং সফলতার জন্য মহান আল্লাহর নিকট দোয়া করা।
Basic Value Guidelines for Students
a) To follow the path of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and strive to obey all the rules set by Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala.
b) To begin every task in the name of Almighty Allah (Subhanahu wa Ta’ala).
c) To respect one’s parents, teachers, and seniors.
d) To love one’s motherland and prepare oneself for its development.
e) To always speak the truth and never lie.
f) To avoid bad company, hate wrongdoing, and stand against wrongdoers.
g) To be diligent, hardworking, and confident, and to pray to Almighty Allah for success.
শিক্ষার্থীদের আচরণবিধি
মাদরাসা প্রাঙ্গণে শিক্ষার্থীদের নিম্নোক্ত আচরণ অনুসরণ করা উচিতঃ
ক) মাদরাসা ও প্রতিটি ক্লাসে সময়ানুবর্তী হওয়া। উচ্চ শ্রেণিতে, যেখানে শিক্ষার্থীদের এক কক্ষ থেকে অন্য কক্ষে যেতে হয়, সেখানে সকলকে সময়মতো উপস্থিত হওয়ার চেষ্টা করতে হবে।
খ) শিক্ষক ও কর্মচারীদের যথাযথ সম্মান প্রদর্শন করা। শিক্ষার্থীদের অবশ্যই শিক্ষক ও অন্যান্য কর্মচারীদের দেখামাত্র সালাম/অভিবাদন জানাতে হবে।
গ) শিক্ষক শ্রেণিকক্ষে প্রবেশ করলে শিক্ষার্থীরা দ্রুত ও নীরবে দাঁড়াবে, শিক্ষককে সালাম/অভিবাদন জানাবে এবং পাঠদান শুরু হলে বসবে।
ঘ) ক্লাসে প্রয়োজনীয় সকল উপকরণ সঙ্গে নিয়ে প্রস্তুত অবস্থায় আসতে হবে এবং সময়মতো কাজ শুরু করতে হবে।
ঙ) কোনো বিষয় বুঝতে অসুবিধা হলে ভদ্রভাবে হাত তুলে শিক্ষকের অনুমতির জন্য অপেক্ষা করতে হবে। অনানুষ্ঠানিক আলোচনায় পর্যায়ক্রমে কথা বলতে হবে। অন্য কেউ কথা বলার সময় সবাই মনোযোগ দিয়ে শুনবে এবং অন্যদের কাজের প্রতি মনোযোগ দেওয়ার সুযোগ করে দেবে। শিক্ষার্থীদের আচরণ এমন হতে হবে যাতে ক্লাস বা মাদরাসার কার্যক্রম ব্যাহত না হয়।
চ) সিঁড়ি ও করিডোরের ডান পাশ দিয়ে চলাফেরা করতে হবে। শিক্ষক ও কর্মচারীদের চলাচলের সুযোগ দিতে হবে। মাদরাসার ভেতরে ধাক্কাধাক্কি, দৌড়াদৌড়ি ও উচ্চস্বরে চিৎকার করা থেকে বিরত থাকতে হবে।
ছ) কম্পিউটার, খেলার সামগ্রীসহ মাদরাসার সকল সুবিধা অন্য শিক্ষার্থীদের সঙ্গে ভাগাভাগি করে ব্যবহার করতে হবে।
জ) বাংলা ক্লাস ব্যতীত শিক্ষার্থীদের ইংরেজি ও আরবিতে কথা বলার অভ্যাস করতে হবে। বাংলা ক্লাসে শুদ্ধ উচ্চারণে প্রমিত বাংলা ভাষায় কথা বলতে হবে।
ঝ) মাদরাসার ভবন ও প্রাঙ্গণ সর্বদা পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্ন রাখতে হবে।
ঞ) প্রতিদিন মাদরাসায় রুমাল বা টিস্যু সঙ্গে আনতে হবে।
ট) লাইব্রেরিতে নীরবতা বজায় রাখতে হবে এবং বের হওয়ার সময় টেবিল পরিষ্কার করে বই যথাস্থানে রাখতে হবে।
ঠ) ক্লাস শেষে অতিরিক্ত ক্লাস বা বিশেষ প্রয়োজন ছাড়া মাদরাসা প্রাঙ্গণে অবস্থান করা যাবে না। অতিরিক্ত ক্লাসের ক্ষেত্রে কর্তৃপক্ষের অনুমতি থাকতে হবে।
Student Behavior
In the madrasa premises, students should:
a) Be punctual for madrasa and individual classes. In senior classes, where students move between classrooms, everyone should try to arrive on time.
b) Greet teachers and staff respectfully. Students must always greet teachers and other staff members when they see them.
c) When a teacher enters the classroom, students should quickly and quietly stand up, greet the teacher, and only sit down after the lesson begins.
d) Come to class prepared with all necessary materials and be ready to start work on time.
e) If something is unclear, raise their hand politely and wait for the teacher to call on them before speaking during the lesson. In informal class discussions, students should take turns speaking. Other students must pay full attention to whoever is speaking and allow others to focus on their work. Behavior should be such that it does not disrupt the class or madrasa activities.
f) Walk on the right side of stairs and corridors. Allow staff to pass through. Avoid pushing, running, and shouting inside the madrasa.
g) Share madrasa facilities with other students, such as computers and games.
h) Except during Bengali classes, students should practice speaking in English and Arabic. In Bengali class, speak properly in standard Bengali with correct pronunciation.
i) Keep the madrasa premises and buildings clean.
j) Bring a handkerchief or tissue to madrasa daily.
k) Maintain silence in the library, and when leaving, clean tables and return books to their proper places.
l) After class, students should not stay in the madrasa premises unless there is a need for extra classes, which must be with the permission of the authorities.
মাদরাসা থেকে শিক্ষার্থীদের গ্রহণ/নিয়ে যাওয়ার নিয়মাবলি
ক) শুধুমাত্র অভিভাবক পরিচয়পত্র (Guardian ID Card) বহনকারী অনুমোদিত ব্যক্তির নিকটেই শিক্ষার্থীদের মাদরাসা থেকে হস্তান্তর করা হবে।
খ) অভিভাবকের লিখিত অনুমতি ব্যতীত কোনো শিক্ষার্থীকে বন্ধু বা অন্য কোনো ব্যক্তির সঙ্গে বাসায় যাওয়ার অনুমতি প্রদান করা হবে না। এ ক্ষেত্রে ফোনে প্রেরিত বার্তা বা মৌখিক অনুরোধ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
Taking Children from the Madrasah
a) Children should be taken from the madrasa only by authorized persons who carry a guardian ID card.
b) Unless written permission is received from the parents, children will not be allowed to go home with friends or any other person. For this purpose, messages or calls on the phone will not be accepted.
জরুরি ছুটি
কোনো জরুরি প্রয়োজনে শিক্ষার্থীর ছুটির প্রয়োজন হলে, অভিভাবককে অবশ্যই স্বশরীরে অথবা লিখিতভাবে মাদরাসার অধ্যক্ষকে অবহিত করতে হবে।
Emergency Leave
If a student needs leave due to an emergency, the parents must personally or in writing inform the madrasa principal.
হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ নোটিশ বোর্ড
অভিভাবকদের অনুরোধ করা যাচ্ছে যে, মাদরাসা অফিস থেকে হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফর্ম সংগ্রহ করে নিজেদের হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ নোটিশ বোর্ডে নিবন্ধন সম্পন্ন করুন। এটি অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ, কারণ মাদরাসার চলমান কার্যক্রম ও জরুরি বিজ্ঞপ্তিসমূহ এখানে প্রকাশ করা হয়। অনুগ্রহ করে এই মোবাইল নম্বর বারবার পরিবর্তন করা থেকে বিরত থাকুন।
WhatsApp Notice Board
Parents are requested to collect the WhatsApp registration form from the madrasa office and register themselves on the WhatsApp notice board. This is important because current events and urgent notifications are posted here. This number should not be changed repeatedly.
উপস্থিতি ও অনুপস্থিতি সংক্রান্ত নিয়মাবলি
ক) শিক্ষার্থীদের নিয়মিতভাবে মাদরাসায় উপস্থিত থাকতে হবে।
খ) মাদরাসা ছুটির পর কোনো শিক্ষার্থী অভিভাবক, গার্ডিয়ান বা শিক্ষকের সাথে ছাড়া একা মাদরাসা প্রাঙ্গণ ত্যাগ করতে পারবে না।
গ) কোনো কারণে শিক্ষার্থী অনুপস্থিত থাকলে নিম্নোক্ত নিয়ম অনুসরণ করতে হবে:
প্রথমত, অসুস্থতা, শোক, পারিবারিক জরুরি অবস্থা বা অন্য কোনো আকস্মিক প্রয়োজনে শিক্ষার্থী অনুপস্থিত থাকলে অভিভাবককে সকালে যথাসম্ভব দ্রুত মাদরাসা অফিসে ফোন করে শ্রেণি শিক্ষককে অবহিত করতে হবে।
এছাড়াও, শিক্ষার্থী পুনরায় মাদরাসায় আসার সময় মাদরাসার ডায়েরিতে অনুপস্থিতির কারণ উল্লেখপূর্বক লিখিত আবেদন বা ব্যাখ্যা নিয়ে আসতে হবে।
ঘ) অনুপস্থিতির নিয়ম অনুসরণ না করা (যেমন অনুমতি ব্যতীত অনুপস্থিত থাকা) সাময়িক বহিষ্কারের কারণ হিসেবে গণ্য হবে।
ঙ) সকল কার্যদিবসে পূর্ণ উপস্থিতি নিশ্চিত করার লক্ষ্যে, যেসব শিক্ষার্থী শতভাগ উপস্থিতি অর্জন করবে তাদের “১০০% Attendance Award” প্রদান করা হবে। এই পুরস্কারের জন্য মাদরাসার সকল অনুষ্ঠানেও উপস্থিত থাকা বাধ্যতামূলক।
চ) অভিভাবকদের উচিত নিয়মিত মাদরাসায় উপস্থিত থাকার গুরুত্ব সন্তানদের বোঝানো।
ছ) অতিরিক্ত ক্লাসের দিনগুলোতে সংশ্লিষ্ট শিক্ষার্থীদের মাদরাসায় অধিক সময় অবস্থান করতে হবে। এ ক্ষেত্রে দুপুরের খাবার মাদরাসার ক্যান্টিন থেকে ক্রয় করা যেতে পারে অথবা দিনের শুরুতে বাসা থেকে নিয়ে আসা যেতে পারে। দিনের অন্য কোনো সময় খাবার মাদরাসায় পাঠানো অনুমোদিত নয়।
Attendance and Absence Procedures
a) Students must attend madrasa regularly.
b) After madrasa hours, students should never leave the madrasa premises alone without being accompanied by their parents, guardians, or teachers.
c) Whenever a student is absent for any reason, the following procedure must be followed:
First, parents should call the madrasa office early in the morning to inform the class teacher about the student's absence due to illness, grief, family emergency, or any sudden urgent situation.
Additionally, when the student returns to madrasa, they must bring a written explanation or application for the absence in the madrasa diary.
d) Failure to follow the absence procedure (e.g., unauthorized absence) will be grounds for suspension.
e) To encourage full attendance on all working days, all students who achieve this are awarded a 100% Attendance Award. Attendance at all madrasa events is mandatory to qualify for this award.
f) Parents should try to explain to their children the importance of regular attendance at madrasa.
g) On days with extra classes, students attending these classes must stay longer at madrasa. In such cases, lunch can be purchased from the madrasa canteen or brought from home at the start of the day. Sending food items to madrasa at any time during the day is not allowed.
বাড়ির কাজ, শ্রেণিকাজ ও পরীক্ষাসমূহ
ক) বাড়ির কাজ (Homework) নিয়মিতভাবে যাচাই করা হয় এবং শিক্ষার্থীদের গৃহশিক্ষকের সহায়তা ছাড়াই নিজ দায়িত্বে কাজ সম্পন্ন করতে উৎসাহিত করা হয়।
খ) অভিভাবকদের অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে, বাড়ির কাজ যাচাই ও কাজের ভারসাম্য নিশ্চিত করার জন্য প্রতিদিন সন্তানের ডায়েরিতে স্বাক্ষর করুন।
গ) শিক্ষার্থীদের বাড়ির কাজ ও শ্রেণিকাজ পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্ন, যত্নসহকারে এবং নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন করতে হবে।
ঘ) প্রত্যেক শিক্ষার্থীকে তার সর্বোচ্চ সামর্থ্য অনুযায়ী কাজ করতে হবে।
ঙ) কোনো “যৌক্তিক কারণে” শিক্ষার্থী যদি বাড়ির কাজ বা নির্ধারিত অ্যাসাইনমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করতে ব্যর্থ হয়, তবে অভিভাবককে ডায়েরিতে সংক্ষিপ্ত লিখিত ব্যাখ্যার মাধ্যমে শিক্ষককে বিষয়টি জানাতে হবে।
চ) রিয়াজুল কুরআন মডেল মাদরাসায় পুনঃপরীক্ষার (Makeup Exam) কোনো ব্যবস্থা নেই। পরীক্ষার সময় অনুপস্থিত থাকলে শিক্ষার্থীর জন্য ‘O’ চিহ্ন প্রদান করা হবে। তবে প্রতিটি মূল্যায়ন পর্বে শিক্ষকদের অতিরিক্ত সতর্ক থাকার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হয়।
ছ) কোনো শিক্ষার্থী যদি টার্মের ২০% এর বেশি সময় অনুপস্থিত থাকে, তবে তাকে মূল্যায়ন প্রতিবেদন (Evaluation Report) প্রদান করা হবে না। এ ক্ষেত্রে শিক্ষার্থীর অগ্রগতির দায়ভার মাদরাসা গ্রহণ করবে না এবং শিক্ষার্থীর শ্রেণিতে অবস্থান হারিয়ে পুনরায় একই শ্রেণিতে অধ্যয়নের সম্ভাবনা থাকবে।
জ) অসুস্থ শিক্ষার্থীদের শুধুমাত্র পরীক্ষা বা টেস্টে অংশগ্রহণের উদ্দেশ্যে মাদরাসায় আসার অনুমতি দেওয়া হবে না।
ঝ) পরীক্ষা ও টেস্টের ফলাফল গোপনীয়ভাবে সংরক্ষণ করা হবে এবং শুধুমাত্র সংশ্লিষ্ট শিক্ষার্থীর অভিভাবকের নিকট প্রকাশ করা হবে।
ঞ) সাধারণত মাদরাসার নিম্ন শ্রেণির শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য খুব সীমিত সংখ্যক পরীক্ষা বা টেস্ট নেওয়া হয়।
Homework, Classwork, and Examinations
a) Homework is regularly checked, and students are encouraged to complete their work without the tutor’s help.
b) Parents are requested to sign their child’s diary daily to ensure homework is checked and assignments are balanced.
c) Students are expected to complete homework and classwork assignments neatly, carefully, and on time.
d) Students must work to their full potential.
e) If a student has difficulty completing an assignment or daily homework for a “valid reason,” the student’s guardian must explain the situation to the teacher with a brief note in the diary.
f) Riazul Quran Model Madrasa does not allow any makeup exams. All absences during exams are marked with an ‘O’; however, each teacher is advised to be extra vigilant during each assessment period.
g) Students who are absent more than 20% of the term will not receive an evaluation report. In such cases, the madrasa will not be responsible for the student’s progress, and there is a strong possibility that the student will lose their place in the class and have to repeat the year.
h) Sick students are not allowed to come to the madrasa solely to sit for exams or tests.
i) Exam and test grades will be kept confidential and disclosed only to the respective student’s guardians.
j) Generally, very limited exams or tests are conducted for the madrasa’s lower-grade students.
প্রাইভেট টিউশন
ক) মাদরাসার অধ্যক্ষের লিখিত অনুমতি ব্যতীত প্রাইভেট টিউশন গ্রহণ নিরুৎসাহিত করা হয়।
খ) অনুমতি ছাড়া বাইরের শিক্ষকের নিকট প্রাইভেট টিউশন গ্রহণকারী শিক্ষার্থীদের শিক্ষার দায়িত্ব মাদরাসা গ্রহণ করবে না।
গ) দুর্বল শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য মাদরাসায় নিয়মিত অতিরিক্ত সহায়ক (Remedial) ক্লাসের ব্যবস্থা করা হয়।
ঘ) অভিভাবক, গার্ডিয়ান ও শিক্ষার্থীদের শিক্ষকদের কোনো ধরনের উপহার প্রদান না করার জন্য পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে। উপহার প্রদান আপনার সন্তানের সাময়িক বহিষ্কার বা স্থায়ী বহিষ্কারের কারণ হতে পারে।
Private Tuition
a) Private tuition is not encouraged unless written permission is granted by the madrasa principal.
b) The madrasa does not take responsibility for the studies of students who receive private tuition from outside teachers without permission.
c) Regular remedial classes are arranged at the madrasa for weak students.
d) Parents, guardians, and students are advised not to give any gifts to teachers. Giving gifts may result in suspension or expulsion of your child.
ডায়েরি
ক) RQMM ডায়েরি মাদরাসা ও অভিভাবকদের মধ্যে যোগাযোগের সবচেয়ে সহজ ও কার্যকর মাধ্যম। পৃথক শিক্ষকের জন্য বার্তা, মন্তব্য অথবা বাড়ির কাজ সম্পর্কিত প্রশ্ন ডায়েরিতে লিখে জানানো যেতে পারে।
খ) মাদরাসার ডায়েরি প্রতিদিন অভিভাবকদের দ্বারা যাচাই ও স্বাক্ষর করতে হবে।
গ) বাড়ির কাজের নির্দেশনার পাশাপাশি এতে প্রায়ই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নোটিশ ও তথ্য প্রদান করা হয়।
ঘ) আপনার সন্তানের শিক্ষককে সরাসরি অবহিত করার মাধ্যমে ছোটখাটো বিষয়সমূহ সমাধান করা যেতে পারে। শিক্ষকেরা প্রতি সপ্তাহে সকল শিক্ষার্থীর ডায়েরি পর্যালোচনা করেন।
Diary
a) The RQMM diary is the easiest and most accessible method of communication between the madrasa and parents. Messages for individual teachers and comments or questions about homework can be noted in the diary.
b) The madrasa diary must be checked and signed by parents daily.
c) Besides homework assignments, it often contains important notices and information.
d) You can directly resolve minor issues with your child’s teacher. Your child’s teacher reviews all diaries once a week.
মাদরাসা ও ব্যক্তিগত সম্পদের প্রতি সম্মান ও যত্ন
ক) শিক্ষার্থীদের অন্যের সম্পদের প্রতি সম্মান প্রদর্শন করতে হবে এবং শুধুমাত্র অনুমতি নিয়ে তা ব্যবহার করতে হবে; তবে যথাসম্ভব অন্যের জিনিস ব্যবহার না করাই উত্তম। কোনো শিক্ষার্থী অন্যের সম্পদ চুরি করলে বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত করলে তাকে উপযুক্ত ক্ষতিপূরণ প্রদান করতে হতে পারে। যদিও মাদরাসা অফিসে “হারানো ও প্রাপ্তি (Lost and Found)” বিভাগ রয়েছে, তবুও শিক্ষার্থীদের নিজ নিজ ব্যক্তিগত জিনিসপত্রের প্রতি যত্নবান হওয়ার জন্য বিশেষভাবে উৎসাহিত করা হয়। অভিভাবকদের উচিত সন্তানের বিশেষ সামগ্রীতে তার নাম ও রোল নম্বর লিখে দেওয়া।
খ) শিক্ষার্থীদের মাদরাসার সরঞ্জাম ও উপকরণ শুধুমাত্র নির্ধারিত কাজে ব্যবহার করতে হবে। মাদরাসার বই, শিক্ষা উপকরণ, আসবাবপত্র, খেলাধুলা ও ল্যাবরেটরির সরঞ্জাম এবং শ্রেণিকক্ষের যথাযথ যত্ন নিতে হবে। কোনো ক্ষতির জন্য সংশ্লিষ্ট শিক্ষার্থীকে দায়ী করা হবে।
গ) মাদরাসার কোনো সম্পদ হারিয়ে গেলে, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে, পরিবর্তন করা হলে বা নষ্ট করা হলে তার ক্ষতিপূরণের দায়ভার শিক্ষার্থীর অভিভাবককে বহন করতে হবে। পাশাপাশি শৃঙ্খলা কর্তৃপক্ষ শিক্ষার্থীর বিরুদ্ধে উপযুক্ত ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করবে।
ঘ) শিক্ষার্থীদের সর্বদা মাদরাসার মর্যাদা রক্ষা করা এবং পরিবেশ পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্ন ও সুশৃঙ্খল রাখার সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করতে হবে।
ঙ) শিক্ষার্থীদের মূল্যবান সামগ্রী যেমন দামী কলম, অলংকার, ঘড়ি, ইলেকট্রনিক ডিভাইস (মোবাইল ফোনসহ) অথবা অপ্রয়োজনীয় পরিমাণ নগদ অর্থ মাদরাসায় নিয়ে আসা উচিত নয়।
চ) মাদরাসা শিক্ষার্থীদের ইন্টারনেট ব্যবহারের সুযোগ প্রদান করে এবং আশা করে যে তারা তথ্যপ্রযুক্তি শিক্ষকের নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী সম্মানজনক ও নিয়মানুবর্তিতার সঙ্গে এই সুবিধা ব্যবহার করবে। কোনো শিক্ষার্থী অনুপযুক্ত ওয়েবসাইটে প্রবেশ করলে তাকে সতর্ক করা হবে এবং তার ইন্টারনেট ব্যবহারের অনুমতি বাতিল করা হবে।
Respect and Care for Madrasa and Personal Property
a) Students must respect others’ belongings and use them only with permission; however, it is better not to use them at all. A student who steals or damages property that is not theirs may be required to provide appropriate compensation. Although the madrasa office runs a “Lost and Found” team, students are strongly encouraged to take good care of their personal belongings. Parents should mark their child’s special items with their name and roll number.
b) Students must use madrasa equipment and materials only for their intended purposes. They must take proper care of madrasa books, educational materials, furniture, sports and laboratory equipment, and their classrooms, and will be held responsible for any damage.
c) If madrasa property is lost, damaged, altered, or destroyed, the student’s parents will be billed for the loss. Additionally, the disciplinary authority will impose appropriate punishment on the student.
d) Students must make every effort to properly respect the madrasa and keep it clean and tidy at all times.
e) Students should not bring valuable items such as expensive pens, jewelry, watches, electronic devices (including mobile phones), or unreasonable amounts of cash to madrasa.
f) The madrasa provides students with internet access and expects them to use this facility respectfully and obediently according to the guidelines given by their IT teacher. If a student is found accessing any inappropriate websites, they will be warned, and their internet privileges will be revoked.
ভদ্রতা, সততা ও অন্যের প্রতি সম্মান
ক) ভদ্রতা, সততা, শিষ্টাচার এবং অন্যের প্রতি সম্মান প্রদর্শন RQMM-এ অত্যন্ত মূল্যবান ও উৎসাহিত গুণাবলি। শিক্ষার্থীদের সকলের সঙ্গে সদয়, সম্মানজনক ও ভদ্র আচরণ করতে হবে।
খ) শিক্ষার্থীদের মতবিরোধ বা সমস্যার সমাধান আলোচনার মাধ্যমে করার চেষ্টা করতে হবে এবং প্রয়োজনে শিক্ষকদের সহায়তা নিতে হবে। সব সময় অন্যদের সঙ্গে নম্র ও সুন্দর ভাষায় কথা বলতে হবে।
গ) শিক্ষার্থীদের সহপাঠী, শিক্ষক বা মাদরাসার অন্য কোনো কর্মচারীর প্রতি আক্রমণাত্মক বা ভয়ভীতি প্রদর্শনমূলক আচরণ থেকে বিরত থাকতে হবে। মারামারি বা রূঢ় আচরণ সম্পূর্ণরূপে নিষিদ্ধ। কোনো শিক্ষার্থীর অন্য শিক্ষার্থীর সঙ্গে সমস্যা হলে তাকে সংঘাত এড়িয়ে শান্তিপূর্ণভাবে সমাধানের নির্দেশ দেওয়া হয়।
ঘ) মাদরাসায় কোনো ধরনের বুলিং বা নিপীড়ন সহ্য করা হবে না। বুলিংয়ে জড়িত শিক্ষার্থীরা সাময়িক বা স্থায়ী বহিষ্কারের সম্মুখীন হতে পারে। আপনার সন্তান যদি কোনো ধরনের ভয়ভীতি, হয়রানি বা নিপীড়নের শিকার হয়, তবে অনুগ্রহ করে তার শ্রেণি শিক্ষক বা মাদরাসার অধ্যক্ষকে অবহিত করুন।
ঙ) অভিভাবক বা শিক্ষার্থীরা যদি গোপনীয়ভাবে বুলিং সংক্রান্ত কোনো ঘটনা জানাতে চান, তবে তাদের গোপনীয়তা রক্ষা করা হবে। তবে শুধুমাত্র অভিযোগের ভিত্তিতে অভিযুক্ত ব্যক্তিকে আত্মপক্ষ সমর্থনের সুযোগ না দিয়ে তাৎক্ষণিক শাস্তি প্রদান করা সম্ভব নয়।
Courtesy, Honesty, and Respect for Others
a) Courtesy, honesty, good manners, and respect for others are highly valued and encouraged qualities at RQMM. Students must treat others with kindness, respect, and courtesy.
b) Students should try to resolve disagreements through discussion and seek help from teachers if needed. They must always speak kindly to others.
c) Students must refrain from aggressive or threatening behavior toward fellow students, teachers, or other madrasa staff. Fighting or rough play is strictly prohibited. If a student has a problem with another student, they are instructed to resolve it by avoiding conflict.
d) Any form of bullying is not tolerated by the madrasa. Students who engage in bullying may face suspension or expulsion. If your child experiences any form of intimidation, please inform your child’s class teacher or the madrasa principal.
e) If parents or students wish to report incidents of bullying confidentially, their privacy will be respected. However, please note that it is not possible to punish an accused individual immediately based solely on a report without giving them a chance to respond to specific allegations.
ফি কাঠামো ও পরিশোধ পদ্ধতি
ক) সকল ফি ও নির্ধারিত চার্জ নির্দিষ্ট সময়সীমার মধ্যে পরিশোধ করতে হবে। নির্ধারিত সময়ে পরিশোধ না করলে ভর্তি বাতিল হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা রয়েছে।
খ) মাদরাসার সকল বকেয়া পরিশোধ না করা হলে পরীক্ষার প্রবেশপত্র (Admit Card) প্রদান করা হবে না।
গ) মাদরাসা পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই যেকোনো ফি বা চার্জ পরিবর্তনের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
ঘ) সকল বকেয়া সম্পূর্ণ পরিশোধ না করা পর্যন্ত কোনো প্রশংসাপত্র (Certificate of Appreciation) বা ট্রান্সফার সার্টিফিকেট প্রদান করা হবে না
Fee Structure and Payment Methods
a) All fees and charges must be paid within the specified date. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of admission.
b) Examination admit cards will not be issued if all madrasa bills are not cleared.
c) The madrasa reserves the right to change any fees or charges without prior notice.
d) No certificates of appreciation or transfer certificates will be issued until all outstanding dues are fully paid.
পোশাকবিধি / মাদরাসার ইউনিফর্ম
ক) শিক্ষার্থীদের প্রতিদিন নির্ধারিত ও পূর্ণাঙ্গ মাদরাসার ইউনিফর্ম পরিধান করতে হবে। খেলাধুলা, সহশিক্ষা কার্যক্রম (ECA) এবং যেসব ক্লাসে স্পোর্টস/গেমস ইউনিফর্ম প্রয়োজন, সেসব ক্ষেত্রেও নির্ধারিত পোশাক পরিধান বাধ্যতামূলক।
খ) পরিচ্ছন্নতাকে উৎসাহিত করা হয়। ইউনিফর্ম পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্ন ও পরিপাটি রাখতে হবে এবং জুতা পালিশ করা থাকতে হবে।
গ) কোনো শিক্ষার্থী ভুল বা অসম্পূর্ণ ইউনিফর্ম পরে মাদরাসায় এলে তার বিরুদ্ধে শৃঙ্খলামূলক ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা হবে এবং অভিভাবককে যথাযথ ইউনিফর্ম মাদরাসায় পাঠাতে হবে।
ঘ) শিক্ষার্থীরা কোনো ধরনের মেকআপ, অপ্রয়োজনীয় অলংকার বা কালো, নীল অথবা সাদা ব্যতীত অন্য রঙের ফিতা ব্যবহার করতে পারবে না। শিক্ষার্থীদের চুলে রং করাও সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ।
ঙ) খেলাধুলা ও জিমের ইউনিফর্ম নির্ধারিত নিয়ম অনুযায়ী পরিধান করতে হবে। শীত অনুভব করলে শিক্ষার্থীরা ইউনিফর্মের উপর মাদরাসার সোয়েটার বা ব্লেজার পরতে পারবে।
চ) জিম/খেলার দিনগুলোতে শিক্ষার্থীদের অবশ্যই তাদের নির্ধারিত জিম/গেমস কিট পরিধান করে মাদরাসায় আসতে হবে।
Dress Code / Madrasa Uniform
a) Students must wear the proper and complete madrasa uniform every day, as well as during games, ECA activities, and any class where a sports/game uniform is required.
b) Cleanliness is encouraged. Uniforms should be kept clean and tidy, and shoes should be polished.
c) Students who come in incorrect or incomplete uniforms will be disciplined, and parents must send the proper uniform to the madrasa.
d) Students are not allowed to wear makeup, or any trinkets, baubles, or colored ribbons other than black, blue, or white. No hair coloring is permitted for students.
e) Sports and gym uniforms must be worn as prescribed. Students feeling cold may wear the madrasa sweater or blazer over their uniform.
f) On gym/game days, students must come to madrasa wearing their gym/game kit.
প্রতারণা ও চুরি
ক) শ্রেণিকাজ, ক্লাস টেস্ট বা পরীক্ষায় যেকোনো ধরনের প্রতারণা বা অসদুপায় অবলম্বনের বিরুদ্ধে অত্যন্ত কঠোর ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা হবে এবং এর ফলে সাময়িক বা স্থায়ী বহিষ্কার হতে পারে।
খ) চুরির ঘটনা (যেমন অন্যের কাজ নকল করা বা আত্মসাৎ করা) সাময়িক বা স্থায়ী বহিষ্কারের কারণ হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে।
Cheating and Theft
a) Any form of cheating, whether in classwork, class tests, or examinations, will be dealt with very strictly and may result in suspension or expulsion.
b) Cases of theft (copying others’ work) will also be considered grounds for suspension or expulsion.
মাদরাসা প্রাঙ্গণে অভিভাবকদের প্রবেশ
ক) শিক্ষক বা প্রশাসনিক বিভাগের অনুমতি ব্যতীত অভিভাবকদের মাদরাসা প্রাঙ্গণে প্রবেশের অনুমতি নেই।
খ) বিশেষভাবে আমন্ত্রণ না থাকলে অভিভাবকরা যেকোনো সময় মাদরাসা বা শ্রেণিকক্ষে প্রবেশ করতে পারবেন না। সাক্ষাৎ বা অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্টের জন্য আসলে প্রথমে অফিসে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।
গ) অভিভাবকদের অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে, টিফিন কেনার জন্য বা টিফিন পাঠানোর জন্য শ্রেণি শিক্ষকের নিকট অর্থ না পাঠাতে। এ ধরনের প্রয়োজন হলে তা শিক্ষার্থীর মাধ্যমে পাঠাতে হবে।
ঘ) ক্লাস চলাকালীন সময়ে শিক্ষার্থীদের বই, টাকা বা অন্যান্য সামগ্রী দেওয়ার জন্য বিরক্ত করা যাবে না। এসব জিনিস বিরতির সময় প্রদান করতে হবে। অনুপস্থিত শিক্ষার্থীর বাড়ির কাজ জানতে হলে সংশ্লিষ্ট শিক্ষকের সাথে ক্লাস শেষে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে। সকল অভিভাবককে পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে, শিক্ষার্থীর নাম ও আইডি নম্বরসহ সকল জিনিসপত্র লেবেল করে রাখার জন্য, যাতে হারিয়ে যাওয়া রোধ করা যায় এবং শ্রেণিকক্ষে সহজে শনাক্ত করা যায়।
ঙ) জরুরি পরিস্থিতি ব্যতীত এবং বিশেষ করে রাত ৭টার পর শিক্ষকদের বাসায় ফোন করা যাবে না। সাধারণ যোগাযোগের জন্য মাদরাসা অফিসে ফোন করতে হবে; সেখান থেকে শিক্ষকের সাথে যোগাযোগের ব্যবস্থা করা হবে।
চ) পূর্বনির্ধারিত অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্ট নিয়ে মাদরাসায় আগমন করলে প্রধান গেটের ভিজিটর বইয়ে নাম নিবন্ধন করতে হবে।
ছ) ক্লাস ভিজিটের সময় অভিভাবকদের অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে, শিক্ষক বা শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য কোনো ধরনের খাদ্য উপহার না আনতে।
Parents entering the madrasa premises
a) Parents are not allowed to enter the madrasa premises without permission from the teachers or administrative department.
b) Unless specially invited, parents cannot enter the madrasa or classrooms at any time. When visiting or coming for an appointment, they must first contact the office.
c) Parents should not send money to class teachers to buy tiffin or send tiffin during academic hours. They should send it with the student.
d) Students must not be disturbed during class to receive books, money, or other items. These should be given during the next break. Parents who want homework for absent students must contact the appropriate teacher after school. Parents are advised to label all belongings and clothing with the student’s name and ID to prevent loss and help teachers identify items during class.
e) Parents are requested not to call teachers or other staff at home unless it is an emergency, and definitely not after 7 PM. Normally, call the madrasa office. A message will be taken for the teacher to call you back.
f) Parents visiting the madrasa by appointment must register in the visitor book at the main gate.
g) During class visits, parents are kindly requested not to bring food gifts for teachers or students.
আপনি কীভাবে আপনার সন্তানকে সহায়তা করবেন?
ক) আপনার সন্তানকে নিয়মিতভাবে স্মরণ করিয়ে দিন যে, সকল ভালো কাজ মহান আল্লাহ সুবহানাহু ওয়া তা’আলার সন্তুষ্টির জন্য করতে হবে এবং তাঁর অসন্তুষ্টি থেকে বাঁচার জন্য আমরা মন্দ কাজ থেকে বিরত থাকি।
খ) নিশ্চিত করুন যে আপনার সন্তান প্রতিদিন পর্যাপ্ত ও ভালো ঘুমায়।
গ) মাদরাসায় আসার আগে আপনার সন্তানকে ভালোভাবে সকালের নাস্তা করিয়ে পাঠান।
ঘ) আপনার সন্তানের জন্য স্বাস্থ্যকর টিফিন পাঠান।
ঙ) মাদরাসার ছুটি ও অন্যান্য কার্যক্রম সম্পর্কে নিজেকে নিয়মিতভাবে অবগত রাখুন।
চ) আপনার সন্তানকে একজন স্বনির্ভর শিক্ষার্থী হিসেবে গড়ে তুলতে উৎসাহিত করুন।
How will you support your child?
a) Regularly remind your child that all good deeds should be done to please Allah (Subhanahu wa Ta’ala), and we avoid bad deeds out of fear of His displeasure.
b) Ensure your child gets a good night's sleep every night.
c) Make sure your child has a good breakfast before coming to the madrasa.
d) Send healthy tiffin for your child.
e) Keep yourself informed about holidays and other madrasa events.
f) Encourage your child to become an independent learner.
যদি কোনো শিক্ষার্থী মাদরাসার নিয়ম ও বিধি লঙ্ঘন করে, তবে তার বিরুদ্ধে শৃঙ্খলামূলক ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা হবে। উল্লিখিত নিয়ম ও বিধি বাস্তবায়ন এবং উপযুক্ত শাস্তি প্রদানের ক্ষেত্রে শিক্ষার্থী, শিক্ষক, প্রশাসনিক কর্মকর্তা এবং অধ্যক্ষ—সকলেই দায়িত্বশীল।
মাদরাসার নিয়ম ও বিধির গুরুতর লঙ্ঘনের ক্ষেত্রে শৃঙ্খলা কমিটি সাময়িক বহিষ্কার, নাম প্রত্যাহার বা স্থায়ী বহিষ্কারের মতো যথাযথ শৃঙ্খলামূলক ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণের ক্ষমতা সংরক্ষণ করে।
কোনো শিক্ষার্থীকে তিনবার সাময়িক বহিষ্কার করা হলে তার অভিভাবকদের শিক্ষার্থীকে মাদরাসা থেকে প্রত্যাহারের জন্য অনুরোধ জানানো হবে। যদি শিক্ষার্থীকে প্রত্যাহার না করা হয়, তবে শৃঙ্খলা কমিটির পক্ষ থেকে স্থায়ী বহিষ্কারের নোটিশ প্রদান করা হবে।
মাদরাসা তার নিয়ম ও বিধি লঙ্ঘনের ক্ষেত্রে যেকোনো শিক্ষার্থীকে সাময়িকভাবে বহিষ্কার বা স্থায়ীভাবে বহিষ্কার করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
If any student violates madrasa rules or regulations, disciplinary action will be taken. Students, teachers, administrators, and the principal are all responsible for enforcing the above rules and regulations and assigning appropriate punishments.
In cases of serious violations of madrasa rules or regulations, the madrasa disciplinary committee has the authority to take suitable disciplinary measures such as suspension, removal, or expulsion.
If a student is suspended three times, their guardians will be asked to withdraw them from the madrasa. If the student is not withdrawn, an expulsion notice will be issued by the disciplinary committee.
The madrasa reserves the right to suspend or expel any student for violating madrasa rules or regulations.
