The Fiddler crab
There are several different species of fiddler crab found throughout Borneo. The male fiddler crab has one claw that is much larger than the other.
The Rafflesia flower
The rafflesia is the world's largest bloom and can be over 100cm in diameter. It only grows in a few places on earth. One of those places is the rain-forests of Borneo.

Malaysian rainforests of Borneo are considered a biodiversity hotspot and Borneo is estimated to be the home of over 400 species of mosquitoes.

The Giant Prawn
The giant prawn can grow to a length over 30 cm (12 in). They are predominantly brownish in colour, but can vary. Smaller individuals may be greenish and display faint vertical stripes.
