PHYSICAL INFO:

Erlanger has finalized our sports physical dates for the 2025-26 school year. We have two dates available that they can choose from. Physicals are FREE for rising 9-12th graders and $15 for rising 6-8th graders. We ask that the athletes bring their physical forms with the history page filled out and signed by a parent. Parents may accompany their child to the physical, but it isn’t required. All physicals are good for the entire following school year.
