Coaches Expectations:
Your child will be coached hard, but they will also be treated like queens
This program thinks in terms of business. The floor/court/sidelines is the job
We try to be transparent. We try not to make decisions without the girls understanding the best we can tell them
We will have fun. But that does not mean we wont coach them as hard as we possibly can. But, they won’t be wondering if they are loved at the end of the day.
The program becomes an extension of your family and we tackle obstacles together.
We are here for your athlete.
Cheer is our family it is what Paden’s, myself, Archer, & Nash's Lives revolve around!

Parent Expectations:
We realize that cheer is a commitment for you also.
On the hard days, support your kid but also support the program & coaches
Communicate with the coach I am here for you guys, and to answer your questions.
Encourage your child to advocate for him/herself. As a community we want to build these kids up to be the best we can be for the long haul so, teaching them to talk to adults and get a little uncomfortable is ok.

We cannot continue to run a successful program without positive parent support and involvement!
