To help keep costs down  - we ask that you use the following settings:

Fan Speed - Auto

Air Swing - Auto

Operation Mode - Auto (set Temp to between 65 - 75) more or less than that will reduce the effectiveness of the unit.  If you have additional Heating or Cooling needs, please let us know and we will provide additional options.

When Checking Out we ask that you please set the temperature to 65 in the Winter/ 72 in the summer and turn the unit off during spring and fall (normal temperature months for us)

Bedrooms and Bathrooms are supplied with their own separate heating - wall heaters in the bedrooms and thermostat controlled fan heaters in the bathrooms.  Please turn these off when you leave the unit for more than an hour and when you check out.

For your comfort -

Bedrooms and Main Living Spaces have Ceiling fans to circulate the cooler air from the Ductless and increase air circulation when windows are open.

Additional Fans can be found in the closets

Refrigerator/Freezer combinations are provided in each unit - PLEASE - do not reset the Cooling Thermostat as it causes the cooling unit to overheat and the Refrigerator will stop cooling.
