Our laundry room is located around the back of the property, just off the Deck. You’ll see a white door — please enter using the laundry room code and press the “Lock” button after you go in.

For everyone’s security, we kindly ask that you keep the door locked at all times when you are not physically inside the room — yes, even while your washer or dryer is running. This helps protect your belongings as well as those of other guests. Thank you for your help with this!

Laundry Room Hours:
🕙 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (no exceptions)

Please note that our cleaning team typically has high laundry usage between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. If you see them onsite preparing units, we truly appreciate your consideration and flexibility during those times. If you’d like to check on the cleaning schedule, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help.

One of the unique opportunities that comes with staying in an older home — especially here in Eugene — is the simple pleasure of people-watching from a large front porch. Sit back with your morning coffee or relax in the evening and enjoy this classic neighborhood experience.

The Front Porch is a shared space for all guests to enjoy. We hope you’ll take advantage of it!

• Smoking is permitted, but must be at least 10 feet away from the stairwell and all doors.
