We are really looking forward to hosting you! Here is preliminary check in information for your stay.
The address to the home is in Eugene, OR 97401, USA and the exact address is provided in your Welcome Message sent the first day of your stay with us.
(This website is publicly accessible and we only give out the address in your booking app for the safety of our Guests)
Your door code to get in is in your Welcome Message sent at 8am the Day of Check In. Please make sure to go to the correct unit, each unit is labeled with the unit number next to the door.
Unit #1 is the Sunset (Yellow Door), -Enter your 4 digit code
Unit #2 is the Magenta (Pink Door), -Enter your 4 digit code
Unit #3 is upstairs, the Purple Passion (Purple Door), -Enter your 4 digit code and then press the "lock" button
Unit #4 is upstairs, the Capistrano (Green Door),-Enter your 4 digit code and then press the "lock" button
Your WiFi Network and password is provided in your welcome message and in the Welcome Binder in your unit. Each unit has its own High Speed internet connection for better streaming and working speeds.
The Laundry door code is also provided in your Welcome Message and in your Welcome Binder in your unit. The laundry is located in the back of the building. to get to the laundry room follow the pavers around to the back to the white door on the patio.-Enter the 4 digit code and then press the "lock" button.
Parking is located on the North side of the building. One parking spot per unit, please. There are only 4 parking spots and there are 4 units, we ask that you please respect other guest's ability to park off street. There is a "welcome binder" on the entry table that will have answers and info about the home.

We’re so happy to have you staying with us! Our building has four apartments, and we want every guest to have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
To help make that possible, we kindly ask that you be considerate of the other guests and follow these simple house rules. Thank you for helping us create a welcoming environment for everyone!
Quiet hours between 10pm-7am
4 guests maximum in each unit (2 in Unit #3)
No pets - Except as provided in the Pet Friendly Units
(The Back Patio area is not a secure pet area and is accessible by all guests - Please respect this and do not leave pets unattended on Back Patio)
No parties or events
NO VAPING/ SMOKING of any kind - This includes alternative smoking of any kind inside the units.
(There is a smoking area provided on the Back Patio & Smoking is allowed on the front porch - At Least 10 feet from the Stairway/Doors)
NO Glitter
No Self-Tanner
No Hair Dye
