Created a choice board document to excite, energize, and revive current 1-3 grade level ELA meetings to make it more of a personalized learning Edcamp style of professional development. The first board shows the initial planning stage to determine what sessions staff is interested in. The second document reflects the sessions created with other literacy specialists to offer teachers selected pathway of personalized learning.

Video was created in part with a 2-3 family night presentation. It shows parents and teachers how to play the fluency game SuperSpeed100. The game was demoed at a breakout session table during the event.
