Academic Team

The JROTC Academic team is one teams offered by the Golden Eagle Battalion. Academic Team is an academics based competition team meeting on freedays in the downstairs JROTC classroom when the commander approves a meeting. During these meetings the team studies topics like math, science, grammar, reading comprehension, and current world events in preparation of level I, level II, and level III competitions held throughout the year. Level I and II competitions are held in the JROTC Bay and Level III competitions are held in Washington DC for teams who have surpassed level I and level II.
