Event Support: Promotional assistance, planning collaboration, and on-the-ground support for your organization’s DEI-related events.
In today’s political climate, where diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts are increasingly challenged, strong partnerships are more essential than ever. Collaborations between organizations, schools, and community groups create networks of support that amplify marginalized voices and protect the progress we’ve made toward social justice.
By working together, we can push back against policies and rhetoric that seek to divide, ensuring that all communities—especially those historically underrepresented—have a platform and the resources they need to thrive. In an era where book bans, curriculum restrictions, and the rollback of DEI initiatives threaten inclusive education and cultural representation, our partnerships help sustain spaces of learning, advocacy, and empowerment.
RHDA values partnerships because they strengthen our collective ability to create meaningful change. Through shared knowledge, joint events, and advocacy efforts, we can build a future that prioritizes respect, understanding, and opportunity for all.

In School / Club Partnership Invitation
Dear RHHS Clubs & Organizations,
RHDA invites your group to join us as a member, with one voting liaison on The Central Council. This council will meet quarterly to discuss ideas and requests for assistance. RHDA supports coordination, liaising with the administration, and providing volunteers. Our goal is to help small groups collaborate, strengthen representation, and promote cultural education without taking control. For example, RHDA supported the Hispanic Heritage Month assembly but allowed the Hispanic Hawks Club to make all event decisions. If you’re interested, please reach out to us for more details!
Sincerely,
The River Hill Diversity Association
