These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of Rapid Grading System ("RGS") and RGS Intermediate, Android applications developed and maintained by Chittiprolu Srinivasu ("we", "us", "the developer"). By downloading, installing, or using either app, you agree to these Terms.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
RGS and RGS Intermediate are academic management applications for schools and junior colleges. They help teachers and administrative staff record student marks, attendance, and generate report cards and analytical reports. RGS Intermediate additionally supports Group/Year/Section based records suited to intermediate (junior college) education.
FREE TRIAL AND PAID LICENSE
Both apps offer a limited free trial period. After the trial, continued use requires an active paid license, purchased either as a Teacher-tier license (covers one teacher's login on one device) or a School/College-tier license (covers every teacher and device at that institution). Prices are shown in the app in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change. A license is valid for one year from the date of activation unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
PAYMENTS
Payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway, or via UPI. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details ourselves - these are handled directly by Razorpay or your UPI provider under their own security and privacy terms. A license is activated automatically once a payment is confirmed as successful by Razorpay.
USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the app (student names, marks, attendance, and related records), and for keeping your device and login access secure. The app is intended for use by authorised school/college staff only.
DATA OWNERSHIP
Student and institutional data entered into the app belongs to the school/college using the app. We act only as a processor to provide the app's features (storage, sync, and report generation), as described in our Privacy Policy.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The app is provided "as is". While we take reasonable care to keep the app accurate and reliable, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the app, including but not limited to data entry errors made by users or temporary service interruptions.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted here constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
