2023 Global Librarian Award

This recognition was bestowed upon her during the Centennial National Congress held on November 24, 2023 at Clark, Pampanga, Philippines. The citation highlights Reysa's dedication and contributions to the field of librarianship, particularly through her projects in Asia and the Pacific and her active involvement in international associations. The award was given during the PLAI Centennial Congress which  is an annual gathering of esteemed librarians and information professionals not only from the Philippines but around the globe.
