Revolution Baseball has used a 2 team flex-roster for the 12U Spring/Summer 2022 and 13U Spring/Summer 2023 seasons. This has provided greater opportunity for many of our players to help them progress as ballplayers as well as build a solid foundation of depth for our team to continue to thrive during an age when teams struggle to stay together. For 14U, the plan is to implement an adaptation of the formula we have used the previous 2 seasons to continue to help our players in reaching their developmental goals.

Revolution 14U AA/AAA
For the 14U season, a portion of our squad (approx 12 boys) will play at least 8 tournaments from April - July. We will enter tournaments that will consist of mostly AA teams with the hope to play teams that regularly compete at a similar level or higher. Part of this squad will play all tournament weekends while the remaining part of the squad will consist of players that will rotate in and out from the league team.

Revolution 14U A
For the 14U season, a portion of our squad (approx 12 boys) will play weekly league games from April - July. We will play in Affton's American division. Part of this squad will play all league games scheduled while the remaining part of the squad will consist of players that will rotate in and out from the tournament team. Players that are assigned to all league games will also be given opportunity to play in select tournaments.
It is my hope the experience we provide your son is a positive experience that helps them move forward in reaching their long term baseball goals and it’s an experience that everyone can be proud to be associated with. It’s a tremendous commitment to provide the experience we do, and we try to be thoughtful in the quality we provide through not only the level of competition we play in our games, but through the practices we design. We are very aware of the other options out there for your boys to pursue. I am confident we can rival any program out there, and it is my hope that the investment of time we put in is matched by the commitment of everyone involved on both the player and parent side, and in moving forward we recognize and value the opportunities we have here with our group.
