SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES

• Images of not more than 10 MB in size must be submitted to event coordinators and the organiser may request for higher resolution image subsequently if required.

• Submitted images must be in JPEG format with 16:9 aspect ratio

• Each participant can submit upto image.

• Digital manipulation that distorts the reality of the images will not be allowed. Only basic enhancements such as sharpening, contrast adjustment, or simple cropping will be allowed.

• The organizer reserves the right to reject images with incomplete details.

• The file name for each image should be clearly labelled with the participant’s name and registration number.

• Participants are entirely responsible for all entry-related costs. 10 Themes will be given at 11:00 am on 07/03/2020. The submission deadline is 2:00pm on 07/03/2020

• Images received by the organizer through the competition will not be used by the organizer for commercial purposes.

• The panel of judges will evaluate the images based on the following criteria:

1. Artistic/visual appeal.

2. Extent to which the photograph captures the essence of the theme.

3. originality of photograph

• The judging panel reserves the right not to award the prizes if the images submitted do not meet the requirements stated in this document.

• Results of the competition will be posted on notice board and winners will also be noticed via email.
