• Chat with project leaders: ask your questions on their project, if any, or just get to know them before the event!

Our Project Leaders will have "office hours." This will give you the opportunity to meet the leaders and other participants. See who you get along with and who gets you excited to work together. Fill out the first-day survey by 6pm Eastern/3pm Pacific.

Meet your new team!! If possible, set up your work schedule for the next two weeks.

We hope that everyone can commit to an average of 3 hours of teamwork per day, but if fewer longer days work better, we encourage each team to find a work schedule that accommodates its participants.

An important part of this workshop is to give us time and space to rethink our community. How can number theory and our profession be transformed to welcome and support everyone?

On weekdays when we do not have a Rethinking session, we will meet at 3pm Eastern/noon Pacific for an all-hands meeting (no meeting on the second Monday). During that time we will catch each other up on the work we are doing via short presentations.
