You must complete an Issue Report before an RMA # can be issued. Issue reports are to be completed by the Certified RESU Installer. If you are not a Certified RESU Installer, you will not receive warranty support.
Proof of Purchase from an Authorized RESU Distributor is required for a warranty claim.
Keep a spare set of RESU packaging materials at all times.
